Overview
When Abraham's servant was sent to find a wife for Isaac, he encountered Rebekah at a well in Mesopotamia. Her gracious act of drawing water not only for the servant but also for his camels revealed her generous spirit and caught the servant's attention as a sign from the Lord. Rebekah's family quickly recognized God's hand in the meeting and consented to her marriage to Isaac.
