Overview
The name Uzzi appears multiple times in the Old Testament, designating men of prominence in priestly and tribal leadership roles. The most significant Uzzi was a priest descended from Aaron through Eleazar, appearing in the genealogical records of 1 Chronicles. Another notable Uzzi was a chief among the sons of Issachar, known for his military expertise and family leadership.
