Ezekiel

Ezekiel was a priest and prophet called by God during the Babylonian exile to deliver messages of judgment and hope to the people of Israel. His prophetic ministry began with a dramatic vision of God's glory and throne.

Overview

Ezekiel ministered as a prophet during the exile of Judah in Babylon, called to speak God's Word to a rebellious people far from their homeland. His calling came through an extraordinary vision of God's throne-chariot, establishing the authority and urgency of his message. Though the people often rejected his warnings, Ezekiel faithfully proclaimed both judgment and eventual restoration.
