Dew as a Sign of God's Provision
In the arid climate of the Middle East, dew was far more than a poetic image—it was essential to survival. God provided dew to sustain His people in ways both miraculous and natural. When the Israelites wandered in the wilderness, God sent manna along with dew to preserve it: "And when the dew fell upon the camp in the night, the manna fell with it" (Numbers 11:9).
