Overview
Kirjath-Huzoth (meaning "city of streets") appears in Numbers 22 as the location where King Balak of Moab received Balaam after hiring him to pronounce a curse against Israel. Despite Balak's efforts and the resources offered to the pagan prophet, God overruled the situation, causing Balaam to bless Israel instead.
