Overview
The Pool of Siloam was located in southeast Jerusalem and served as a water source for the city. It is mentioned in connection with Jerusalem's walls and water systems (Nehemiah 3:15), and Isaiah referenced it as a symbol of God's gentle care (Isaiah 8:6). However, Siloam is best known from Jesus's healing miracle recorded in John 9.
