Overview
Scorpions appear throughout Scripture as dangerous desert creatures and spiritual symbols. They inhabited the wilderness where Israel wandered and serve as metaphors for demonic forces and persecution. Jesus emphasized that believers have authority over scorpions through His name, demonstrating spiritual victory over evil.
