Overview
Jezebel was the Phoenician princess who married King Ahab of Israel and introduced Baal worship to the northern kingdom. She actively persecuted God's prophets, including Elijah, and manipulated her husband into grave spiritual compromise. Her reign exemplified how individual rebellion against God can corrupt an entire nation.
