Overview
Hadadezer (also called Hadarezer) was the king of Zobah, a Syrian kingdom north of Israel. David engaged him in several decisive battles that resulted in Hadadezer's defeat and the capture of significant military resources and treasure. These victories expanded Israel's territory and established David's reputation as a mighty warrior-king under God's hand.
