Senuah

Senuah was a leader in Jerusalem during the post-exilic period who served as an overseer of the Levites. He is mentioned in Nehemiah's account of those who resettled the holy city.

Overview

Senuah was a Levite who held a position of authority in Jerusalem after the Jewish people returned from Babylonian exile. He served as an overseer or deputy ruler of the Levites, helping to organize and lead the religious community in the restored city.
