Overview
Tob-Adonijah was one of several Levites commissioned by King Jehoshaphat of Judah to travel throughout the kingdom teaching the Book of the Law to the people. This missionary effort reflected Jehoshaphat's commitment to spiritual renewal and biblical literacy among his subjects. As a teacher of God's Word, Tob-Adonijah exemplifies the Levitical role of instructing Israel in God's commands.
