Reumah

Reumah was a concubine of Abraham who bore him several children after Sarah's death. Though mentioned only once in Scripture, she represents God's provision of descendants to Abraham in his later years.

Overview

Reumah was a concubine of Abraham listed among his wives and concubines after Sarah's death. According to Genesis 22:24, she bore Abraham four sons: Tebah, Gaham, Tahash, and Maacah. Though her name appears only once in Scripture, she played a role in fulfilling God's promise to multiply Abraham's descendants.
