Pastors are called by God to shepherd His flock with care, integrity, and faithfulness to Scripture. They bear responsibility before God for the spiritual welfare of those entrusted to their leadership.

The pastor's role is central to the health and spiritual growth of the local church. Called to feed, protect, and guide God's people, pastors must model Christ-like character and stand firmly on biblical truth. They answer to God for their stewardship of the flock.
