Jesharelah

Jesharelah was a Levite musician appointed by King David to lead worship in the temple, representing the importance of dedicated service in God's house.

Overview

Jesharelah (also spelled Asharelah) was one of the sons of Asaph, a chief musician under King David's reign. He was assigned as the head of the seventh division of temple musicians and played a significant role in the organized worship system that David established for Israel.
