Overview
Goldsmiths were highly skilled artisans in ancient Israel who crafted items from gold and other precious metals. In the post-exilic period, goldsmiths were among those called to rebuild Jerusalem's walls, demonstrating that all skilled trades had a place in God's restoration of His people.
