Overview
Zophim was a location on the top of Pisgah in Moab where King Balak brought the prophet Balaam to curse the nation of Israel. From this elevated position, Balak hoped Balaam could pronounce effective curses against Israel as they camped in the plains of Moab during their wilderness journey toward Canaan.
