Overview
Salcah was a fortified city located at the southeastern edge of Bashan, serving as a boundary marker for the territories conquered by Israel under Moses and Joshua. It represented the furthest extent of Og's kingdom before Israel's conquest and became part of the tribal allotment for Reuben and Gad.
