Overview
Jesus ascended to heaven after His resurrection and sits at the right hand of God the Father (Acts 2:33). He promised His disciples that He would return, and the New Testament repeatedly affirms this blessed hope. Christ's return will be visible, personal, and will usher in the final judgment and the renewal of all things.
