Overview
Zeeb was one of the two Midianite princes who led raids against Israel during the time of Gideon. Along with his fellow prince Oreb, Zeeb led the Midianite forces that oppressed the Israelites. When Gideon's small army of 300 men defeated the Midianite host, Zeeb and Oreb fled but were pursued and captured by the men of Ephraim.

"They captured Oreb and Zeeb, the two princes of Midian, and they killed Oreb at the rock of Oreb and Zeeb at the winepress of Zeeb" (Judges 7:25, ESV).
"And the men of Ephraim said unto him, Why hast thou served us thus, that thou calledst us not, when thou wentest to fight with the Midianites? And they did chide with him sharply. And he said unto them, What have I done now in comparison of you?" (Judges 8:3, KJV).
