Overview
While toes seem a minor physical detail, Scripture mentions them in significant spiritual moments. During priestly consecration and cleansing rituals, blood was applied to the right ear, thumb, and big toe, signifying that the whole person—from hearing to action—belonged to God. Toes also appear in accounts of judgment and humiliation.
