Overview
Miletus served as the setting for one of Paul's most significant pastoral addresses. On his final missionary journey to Jerusalem, Paul stopped at this port city and summoned the elders of the church at nearby Ephesus to meet him. There, he delivered a powerful farewell message emphasizing his faithful service, warning of future dangers, and entrusting them with the care of God's church.
