Overview
The Gospels record that two malefactors (criminals) were crucified with Jesus at Golgotha. These men, condemned for their crimes, became witnesses to Christ's crucifixion and the power of His redemptive work. One malefactor mocked Jesus alongside the religious leaders, while the other recognized Jesus' innocence and turned to Him in faith, receiving the promise of paradise.

Application
Recognize that Jesus' death demonstrates His mercy toward sinners and that genuine faith in Him, regardless of our past, secures eternal salvation.
