Overview
Pithom was one of the storage cities built by the Israelites during their enslavement in Egypt under Pharaoh. Archaeological evidence suggests it was located in the eastern Nile Delta region. The city served as a supply center and monument to the oppressive conditions God's people endured before the Exodus.
Key Scriptures

"So the Egyptians made the people of Israel serve with rigor and made their lives bitter with hard service, in mortar and brick, and in every kind of field labor." (Exodus 1:13-14, ESV)
Application
Pithom reminds us that God sees the suffering of His people and remembers His covenant promises, ultimately delivering us from bondage through His mighty hand.
