Maadai

Maadai was one of the sons of Japheth listed in the Table of Nations, representing a people group in the ancient world whose descendants populated regions beyond the Fertile Crescent.

Overview

Maadai appears in the genealogical records of Genesis as a son of Japheth, Noah's son. He represents one of the ancestral lines through which the post-flood world was populated. While little is known about Maadai specifically, his inclusion in Scripture establishes God's providence over all nations and peoples throughout history.
