Josiah

Overview

Josiah became king of Judah at age eight and sought the Lord with wholehearted devotion. During temple repairs in his eighteenth year, the high priest discovered the Book of the Law, which moved Josiah to deep repentance and initiated sweeping religious reforms that turned the nation back to covenant faithfulness.
