Hezeki

Hezekiah's return refers to his miraculous recovery from a deadly illness and his subsequent religious reforms in Judah. This account demonstrates God's faithfulness to answer prayer and His desire for His people to turn back to Him.

Overview

King Hezekiah became gravely ill and was told by the prophet Isaiah that he would die. However, Hezekiah prayed earnestly to the Lord, and God granted him fifteen additional years of life as a sign of His mercy. This miraculous recovery led Hezekiah to institute significant religious reforms throughout Judah, including cleansing the temple and restoring proper worship practices.
