Overview
The return of the heart speaks to repentance and restoration—turning from sin and back to God. Throughout Scripture, God calls His people to return to Him with undivided hearts, promising forgiveness and renewal through Christ's redemptive work.
Key Scriptures
"Return to the LORD your God, for He is gracious and merciful, slow to anger, and abounding in steadfast love" (Joel 2:13, ESV).
"Jesus said to her, 'I am the resurrection and the life. The one who believes in me will live, even though they die'" (John 11:25, NIV).
"Guard your heart above all else, for it determines the course of your life" (Proverbs 4:23, NLT).
Application
Examine your heart today: Are you living in full devotion to Christ, or have you drifted from Him—and if so, will you return to Him in genuine repentance?
