Hatipha

Hatipha (also Hareph or Haruph) was a family of temple servants (Nethinim) who returned from Babylonian exile with Zerubbabel to rebuild Jerusalem and restore worship.

Overview

Hatipha appears in the genealogical records of those who returned from captivity after the seventy-year Babylonian exile. As members of the Nethinim (temple servants), they were dedicated to supporting the work of the Levites and priests in temple service, demonstrating the Lord's faithfulness in preserving His people and restoring worship in Jerusalem.
