WORKS. Good works, Eph 2:10, are such as proceed from love to God and are done in obedience to his law and from a regard to his glory. , it is without any evidence of life. Works constitute the evidence and determine the strength and character of faith. Jas 2:17-18, Acts 11:26. In some places the word is used in our translation to denote miracles. Num 16:28; John 5:20; Num 10:25.
